OUR DIRECTION

Where we are going — and why it matters.

Water treatment is not a technology problem. It is an information problem. The data exists. The knowledge exists. What is missing is a system that connects them — automatically, reliably, and in time to act. This is what The Blue Lunar is building.

Our Vision

To transform industrial operations into intelligent, interconnected, autonomous decision-making systems.

We believe every water and wastewater treatment plant — regardless of its automation level, size, or geography — has the right to operate with the same intelligence as the world's most advanced facilities. Not because they can afford a digital twin from a global automation company. But because the data they already collect is enough, if the right intelligence layer is applied to it.

Our Mission

To bridge the operator skill gap by developing intelligent process systems that analyze, understand, predict, decide, and guide operations in real time.

We are building process intelligence software that works above whatever a plant already has — SCADA, DCS, PLC, lab records, or a logbook. It makes operational data useful. It gives every operator on every shift the same process guidance. And for OEM partners, it makes every new plant supply intelligent from the moment it is commissioned.

Core Purpose

To make the plant itself the expert — so the right decision gets made regardless of who is on shift, what time it is, or how long they have been doing the job.

How We Get There

Two routes. One goal: every plant, intelligent.

Retrofitting Existing Plants

Adding an intelligence layer above whatever a plant already has — SCADA, DCS, instruments, or manual logbooks. No rip-and-replace. No new hardware. Intelligence on top of what is already there.

OEM Partnerships

Embedding intelligence into new plant supplies from day one of commissioning. OEM partners deliver an intelligent plant — not just a working one. The intelligence advantage starts at switch-on.
