THE FOUNDER
Built by someone who lived the problem — not just studied it.
The Blue Lunar was founded by a chemical engineer who spent more than a decade not in a consulting office or a research lab — but on the plant floor. Managing biological treatment systems under load. Commissioning large-scale infrastructure from scratch. Fighting compliance deadlines with tools that were not designed to help. Watching experienced operators leave, taking irreplaceable process knowledge with them.
The platform was not designed in response to a market gap report. It was designed in response to the real problems that appear at 3am when an instability event is developing and the available tools offer nothing except raw numbers and a threshold alarm that already fired too late.
Over his career, he has led full plant expansions from design through commissioning, led environmental clearance processes with regulators, driven ESG and sustainability roadmaps at the mill level, and built high-performing technical teams from the ground up. He has operated plants producing millions of litres of treated effluent daily, and personally troubleshot the instability, alarm fatigue, and knowledge-loss problems that The Blue Lunar is designed to solve.
He holds a degree from Sant Longowal Institute of Engineering & Technology, one of India's premier technical Deemed-to-be-University, under Ministry of Education, Govt. of India. The Blue Lunar is the product of everything he learned on the plant floor — distilled into software.
